Venu Venugopal is Professor of Supply Chain Operations and faculty research director at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. His

Annamaria Beasley-Suffolk is Assistant Professor of Communication at Nyenrode. With nearly 30 years’ experience working
abroad, Annamaria’s expertise is in skills development, which includes persuasive public speaking, presentation techniques,
negotiation techniques and managing conflict. She also runs a small company which provides language services and training
courses to companies and other academic institutions.

Drs. J.A. (Judy) van Breukelen

Leadership and Personal Development
Judie van Breukelen is Assistant Professor at the Center for Leadership and Personal Development and is in the process of
completing her doctoral research on the relationship between learning styles and leadership behavior. Her approach to teaching
Leadership, Organizational Dynamics and Human Resource Management requires participants to assess their personal styles and
their working environment using, for example, the Harvard Business School Everest Simulation.

Dr. D. (Dennis) Vink

Dennis Vink is Associate Professor of Finance and Risk Management at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. His ten years of practical
and academic experience reflect his interest in corporate finance, structured finance and risk management. He has participated in
the supervision of a number of finance projects carried out for the benefit of multinational corporations and financial institutions.

Rens Cappon is Assistant Professor and Ph.D. Researcher in Financial Accounting at Nyenrode Business University. He is
currently involved in doctoral research on Accrual Accounting and the Central Government.

Dr. Pablo Collazzo is Program Director of the Nyenrode Executive MBA and associate professor at the Nyenrode Strategy Center.
Pablo has focused his teaching and research on business policy, corporate governance and competitiveness.

Drs. J.A. (Hans) ten Rouwelaar

Hans ten Rouwelaar is Assistant Professor of Management Accounting and Control at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, where he
is also a PhD researcher. His main teaching responsibilities are in the Master of Science in Controlling program, and his research
interests focus on the design of the controller function, performance measurement, and the Balanced Scorecard.
