On 21 June, an Executive Session of the New Board Program was held in the castle at Nyenrode on the theme of ‘The Chairman makes or breaks the Board’. In the course of the day there was extensive discussion of the position of the Supervisory Board in relation to the management, and the special role of the chairman in this respect. The session was chaired by Prof. Fred Lachotzki, professor of Business Policy & Strategic Alignment.
