Impact MBA Executive Track

The Impact MBA Executive Track is a two-year, part-time, self-paced program designed to boost your personal development and increase your impact within your organization. You will study once a month, from Wednesday to Saturday, at our Amsterdam or Breukelen location. This setup helps you balance your studies with your work and personal life. If you make use of our online learning hub, you can easily switch between on-campus and online classes throughout the program. You will kick off individually with the Pre-MBA courses then transition to the main curriculum covering the latest business topics. Joining the Impact MBA Executive Track at Nyenrode means you will benefit from over 75 years of top-notch business education and connect with a network of 30,000 alumni keen to help you explore new opportunities.

The Impact MBA Executive Track equips you with the latest knowledge and techniques to help you create, enhance or cultivate your leadership skills. This way the program empowers you to become an authentic and responsible leader capable of driving positive change in any organization, amidst a world brimming with sustainable and technological opportunities. Through case method learning, hands-on company projects, and introspective exercises, you will be able to directly apply the insights gained during the MBA to your workplace. Additionally, the Personal Leadership Development Journey fosters a more in-depth understanding of your strengths, your challenges and your potential contributions to an organization. Tailored elective courses further enhance your MBA journey, allowing you to focus on personal interests and relevant subjects essential for advancing your career. You will study once a month from Wednesday to Saturday at one of our locations: Amsterdam or Breukelen.

Pre-MBA Courses

These courses will be conducted fully online and are designed to prepare you for the core curriculum of the Impact MBA. If based on your background you are not required to complete the Pre-MBA courses you may opt to do so voluntarily to refresh your skills and knowledge. When you are required; successful completion of these courses is necessary before you can begin your MBA studies. The courses include:

The admissions process for our Impact MBA program takes place in four steps. Once we receive and review your documentation, we will invite you for an (online) interview, afterwards we will inform you on your eligibility.

1. Talk to our MBA program advisor: join a webinar or attend a live event. Schedule a CV review or personal call to discuss your situation and goals.
2. Submit your application online: upload your CV and motivation letter. Include transcripts of your Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and grades list.
3. Take the Nyenrode LTP admission test: assess your personal and intellectual capabilities (e.g., abstract reasoning, numerical skills).
4. Interview with our MBA admissions team: be authentic, professional, and honest. Share what you hope to gain from the MBA and what you can contribute to Nyenrode.

Admission deadline

Apply before the 20th of December 2024 to join the Impact MBA at Nyenrode.

Requirements

To be eligible to apply for our Impact MBA Fast Track, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: depending on the type and subject of your previous degree. You may need to complete a portion of a short online preparatory course before starting the Impact MBA. Candidates who aren’t required to complete the preparatory course may opt to do so voluntarily to refresh their skills and knowledge (a fee of 400 euros per course applies). Minimum of 3 years of relevant full-time post-graduate work experience.
• English proficiency test (IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL iBT 92 / CAE or CPF with a minimum score of 176). The English proficiency test must have been taken within 2 years before the start of the program. Waivers are available upon request for graduates of Bachelors or Master’s degree programs completed in English and for native speakers.
• A GMAT with a minimum score of 550, an equivalent GRE test score, or an average LTP test score of at least 2.3.
• A motivation letter.
• Two reference letters from your work experience.
