Nyenrode Part-time Pre-Master of Accountancy for internationals

If you are an international student who does not have a SEPA* account in another EU country, we strongly recommend you have a Dutch (student) bank account. Your Dutch bank account will make your life easier regarding money withdrawals, buying everyday products, or (international) transactions.

To create an account with a Dutch bank, you'll usually need a BSN (social security number), which is granted once you register with your local municipality. In addition, each bank may require you to submit documents such as:

  • A valid identity document.
  • A Dutch address for the duration of your stay.
  • A proof of university enrollment.

However, if you do not have all the required documents yet for an account creation, our program management team can help you to set up your account with one of our partnered Dutch banks as soon as you arrive.
