Dr. Jan Morsch is a researcher and lecturer at Nyenrode Business University. He is part of Nyenrode's Faculty Research Center for Strategy, Organization and Leadership.
As a member of the exam committee he provides courses regarding research methodology and quantitative data analysis. In addition, he is a very experienced supervisor and member of the second reader team.
Morsch received two Master’s degrees from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam: the first in Culture, Organization and Management (COM) and the second in Public Policy and Administration. He received his third Master’s degree in Financial Management and Business Administration at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. He finished his PhD in psychology at Nyenrode with the dissertation titled 'Reconsidering manifest needs for the explanation and prediction of individual, team and economic performance’
Interests
Morsch loves watching and playing football, playing games with his friends and loved ones, but most importantly he loves spending time with his family.
