The lecture rooms in the De Rooij building on the ground floor have a flexible layout and are suitable for up to 32 people. It is possible to merge room 02 and 03.
You can receive your guests in the central reception hall "Neelie Kroes", which can be used for other activities and cannot be reserved exclusively.
The rooms are equipped with a projector, DR02 has a hybrid functionality. (Possibility to add online participants to the session) It is possible to connect your own laptop in the rooms via the HDMI cable and adapters available. There is WiFi available and it is possible to have the session started by the AV support team.
