According to Keuzegids: Nyenrode ‘s BSc in Business Administration best preparation on your career

Just like in 2020 and 2021, the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BScBA) program has once again been selected by Keuzegids Universiteiten (Resource Guide Universities) as best education program in the Netherlands in the International Business category. In de Keuzegids, a Dutch independent educational consumer guide, the education program is by far superior to all other bachelor’s degree programs in the sector Economics & Business. Students especially rate the preparation on their career really high. They are also positive about the didactic skills, guidance and involvement of teachers and professors.

Theory connected to practice

The Keuzegids shows that students of the education program Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BscBA) are being thoroughly prepared for their career path. Nyenrode connects theory and practice by having students make analyzes for real companies, such as the company project. This project has students choose from starting their own business, an advisory project or social entrepreneurship. The Keuzegids also highlights the attention that Nyenrode pays to personal and professional development during the entire study period.

BSc Accounting

Besides the BSc in Business Administration, also the part-time education program BSc in Accounting was reviewed in the category Fiscal Economics. This program has a strong focus on bookkeeping and is solely aimed at accounting, this in contrast to the other reviewed education programs. The accounting students go to class one day per week at one of the eight locations throughout the country (Breukelen, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Eindhoven, Breda, Arnhem or Zwolle) and work the other four days at an accounting firm. A big bonus according to the students is the fact that the employer pays for their education. On top of that, they are also very satisfied with the preparation the program offers them on the professional practice in ‘real life’.
