Introduction
In the Leadership Essentials program different levels of leadership are explored. You discover the meaning of the concept of leadership and related knowledge and skills in order to become and impactful leader who is capable of leading change by inspiring others. You reflect on your personal drives, beliefs and pitfalls and gain insights into your leadership and collaboration style. Another core element of leadership is understanding group dynamic; how do you mobilise people in a project, in your team or in your organisation towards a common goal? How do you come across to people, how do you involve them in your vision, and how can you broaden ways of approach in this respect? This all in the scope of an international context, working with the complexity of cultural difference, hybrid working and global perspectives.
Deliverables
- You can shift your mindset, having insight into your own behavior, feelings and thoughts and knowing how it influences your decision-making.
- You can take on your leadership role with confidence, based on your own qualities and strengths, but with an inquisitive mindset towards others.
- You know what leadership is and have no hesitation in taking on the leadership role in a group.
- You can facilitate dialogue within groups and know how to convey a message.
- You have gained knowledge of group dynamics and are able to create a common objective in an international workfield.
