Introduction
Accreditation: AMBA: London, United Kingdom & EQUIS: Brussels, Belgium.
Modular Executive MBA
The Modular Executive MBA is a flexible, part-time executive MBA program, focused on your role as a leader during challenges in the (un)foreseen future. You determine the pace and you are the composer of your own MBA program.
With the Modular Executive MBA you set your own pace. With its sector-specific focus, the modules of this modular MBA are highly market-driven. This means that you can study alongside your job when it is most convenient for you, while diving into matters that suit your work and ambitions best at that particular time. Simply because it is you who determines the order of the modules.
Personal growth and development are the through line in all 10 modules that compose your MBA program. The learning experience is very practice based: in each module you will work on a case from your own day to day business in a team setting. This allows you to apply the lessons learned immediately.
Claim your MBA title (Accreditation: AMBA: London, United Kingdom & EQUIS: Brussels, Belgium. These accreditations are the legal basis for granting the degree Master of Business Administration.) by following the full MBA-program or complete one or multiple modules for a quick upgrade of your knowledge.
The step to sustainable entrepreneurship
How do you maintain the continuity of your company and safeguard the social impact at the same time? Because of the crisis there is less of a focus on this issue, but especially now companies have to be conscious of the sustainability of their strategy and the way they conduct their business. Companies that want to keep their ‘right of existence’ have to consider corporate circularity in a rapidly changing world. From a corporate perspective, how do you deal with global problems regarding the climate, energy, nutrition and health? How do you bring your business into the transitions surrounding sustainability?
With this track of the Modular Executive MBA you opt for an MBA with a specialization in your area of expertise. Do you want to continue to develop your leadership skills and grow as a professional in the areas of business administration and management? And do you want to develop the industry in a sustainable manner? Then this is the education program for you.

- Nyenrode's Modular Executive MBA program consists of 10 modules, each module can be followed separately
- Choose the module that is relevant to your line of work
- Choose which track suits you best: Business & IT, Business & Sustainable Transitions or Public & Private

The six core modules
The Modular Executive MBA program consists of 10 modules: six core modules and four specialization modules. It is however also possible to follow each module separately. With every successfully completed module you receive a certificate. Upon completing 10 modules you achieve your Executive MBA degree.
Electives
In each of the tracks we offer additional electives. These electives are focused on current topics and developments within your industry. Choose the modules that suit you best to give your MBA more focus.
Take a look at all the modules of the Business & Sustainable Transitions here.
International study trip
The international trip is a module that deals specifically with globalization and the challenges that brings. We strongly believe that an MBA program that is focused on strengthening its participants' leadership skills needs an international component to be part of the curriculum.
Therefore, taking this module is mandatory if you are studying for a full MBA.
Thesis
You finish your Executive MBA Degree program by writing a thesis. You choose your own practical management problem, which you transform into a research proposal. For the thesis, you will translate the results of your research into practical advice for your organization.
