Introduction
Customers have increasingly higher expectations of services provided by organizations. Therefore, businesses are required to keep analyzing and assessing their business processes to satisfy customer needs. These processes need to add value to the customer journey, while simultaneously being effective and efficient. In our current digital age, business processes are shaped and transformed by technology. But how do we determine which technology to use? How do we reshape our business processes for optimal results? We will provide you with the answers to these questions in the module Business Processes & Technology.
Improve business processes within you own organization
Our module Business Processes & Technology teaches you the foundations of business processes and the role of digital technologies. Through a hands-on approach we give you the tools to take a leading role in improving business processes. In addition, the module’s final assignment challenges you to dramatically improve a business process in your own organization. This tangible result will directly benefit you and your organization.

What are you going to do?
The module Business Processes & Technology gives you the tools to assess and improve business processes in your own organization, with a strong link to technological innovations. The program is divided into three blocks. Each block focuses on a specific selection of topics that are related to business processes and technology. The blocks are closely related to each other and interlinked.
- Foundations and concepts of business processes and technology
- Improving business processes and technology
- Realization of business process improvements and transformation

To be eligible for the module Business Processes and Technology you need:
- At least five years of strategic experience as a manager, executive, entrepreneur or in an otherwise influential position.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree or a demonstrable equivalent ability.
- Good command of English.
