This 7-month’s learning journey immerses participants with the latest insights and leading practices in HR Leadership that will drive business impact.

Program overview
This high impact program is 6-month learning journey, which include 8 online modules plus a 3-day (obliged) in-person retreat in Segovia/Spain and a retreat in Amsterdam. The online journey blends different formats and assignments including self-paced digital learning, live online workshops, group assignments, virtual learning pods, mentoring, on-the-job assignments, peer exchanges and a personal project.

The 3-day in-person retreat will take place at the IE Business School Campus in Segovia/Spain. The retreat in Amsterdam will take place at Business University Nyenrode.

Participant's profile
The program aims at professionals and leaders who like to up-skill and immerse themselves in the HR Sciences and Best Practices, including HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, HR Specialists and HR Advisors and Consultants. A minimum of 10 years of work experience including a minimum of 3 years in an HR role.
