The learning journey reflects different dimensions of McKinsey Learning & Development ACADEMIES framework. This framework covers all all aspects, from L&D functions, to setting measuring impact.

This is a high impact global online program, which includes 13 modules of interactive live virtual classroom sessions; self-paces digital learning, group work, on-the job assignments, a personal project and peer exchanges and mentoring.

      Patricia Garcia practiced Corporate Law and International Law in both Spain and with the United Nations in New York City. She worked as Legal Policy Analyst at the United Nations. She advised and negotiated with Governments and international groups of companies in complying with all aspects of the CSR Agenda, and in implementing interna¬tional labor standards in the workplace. She is Adjunct Professor at IE Law School, Northwestern University, and IE Business School.

    The program aims at professionals and leaders who like to upskill and immerse themselves in the L&D sciences and:

    • Have roles in learning & development, leadership development, talent or human resources.
    • Work in leading roles for L&D solutions providers.
    • Provide Learning & development advisory.
    Admission requirements: A minimum of 10 years of work experience including a minimum of 4 years in a L&D/Talent Development role. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Master’s Degree.

    Studyload

    The average study load over 7 months is about 6-8 hours per week (excluding attendance for the immersive classroom sessions). Optional assignments and study opportunities are provided for participants who benefit from extra study time.

    Cancellation

    Please note that once you have registered for the Global L&D Leadership Program, it is only possible to cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the masterclass. After that date a 30 % cancellation fee applies. A cancellation must always be in writing by email.

    After registration, your personal details will be kept at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and will only be shared with IE Business School for educational purposes. Nyenrode will use your data for participant lists, group formats, etc. Nyenrode will also use your data to transmit information and/or for special offers on our education programs.     What are the costs?

    This is a high impact global online program, which includes 13 modules of interactive live virtual classroom sessions; self-paces digital learning, group work, on-the job assignments, a personal project and peer exchanges and mentoring. 

    The program fee is 11950 euro per person (no vat/BTW) . Including study material, access to the platform and dinner and lunches at the event, excluding hotels and transport (e.g. airline ticket). 

    After completion of the program, you will receive an official diploma by IE University and Nyenrode. The diploma is officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
