Focus
Realizing our own (conscious and unconscious) biases is an important prerequisite for an inclusive culture. A diverse composition of students, participants and staff requires a safe and inclusive environment. Everyone should feel welcome and valued regardless of physical disability, psychological characteristics, background, culture, orientation or gender. The Diversity & Inclusion Workgroup, in addition to laying a solid foundation, focuses on concrete projects that contribute to a safe and inclusive campus.
