Discover the Dynamics of Digitalization and Boardroom Dynamics
In an increasingly data-driven world, companies are faced with the need to constantly adapt. Boardrooms face the challenge of effectively shaping transformation management and letting go of old habits in favor of new developments. The speed of change is the new currency in the digital world, and technological innovations such as machine learning and robotization are redefining market dynamics. How do you convince a boardroom to embrace this transition? What skills are necessary to make meaningful impact during decision-making? And how can you support new initiatives without immediately proven returns?
What can you expect from this module?
The aim of this module is to provide you with the insights and skills needed to effectively influence decision-making within the boardroom. We investigate topics such as: What are the challenges that board members face in a rapidly changing environment? How can you, as an organizational leader, add value and understand the dynamics within the boardroom? This module offers you the knowledge to become a powerful discussion partner in administrative decision-making processes. Your organization and the boardroom will benefit from your new insights into strategic management challenges. By strengthening your role, you help others to stay sharp and make effective decisions.
