Research Round Table Event: ‘Navigating ESG Due Diligence: A Framework for Institutional and Foreign Investors’
The objective of this Round Table Event is to provide clarity on the scope and future of ESG due diligence for financial institutions and large foreign investors. Top experts from the Dutch government and the financial sector will address the significance of the due diligence process and the upcoming changes in ESG Due Diligence considering the EU Omnibus package. The final part of the Round Table Event will be dedicated to an elaboration on academic research regarding the prospects of due diligence, supervised by Associate Professor Yulia Levashova, an expert in due diligence and the legal aspects of FDI. The primary language of this event is English.
