Lecture room A, the "Pfizer auditorium", is located in the dr. Albert Heijn building. This room has a fixed setup and is suitable for 262 people, with a maximum of 320 people.

The Pfizer auditorium is ideal for conferences, presentations and panel discussions. It is possible to book various sub rooms.

Equipped with a projector, the auditorium has hybrid functionality (Possibility to add online participants to the session). Here it is possible to connect your own laptop via the existing HDMI cable and adapters. There is WiFi available and it is possible to have the session started by the AV support team. This room is equipped with standard 3 lapel microphones and 1 handheld microphone.

The nearby central hall "Neelie Kroes" is a beautiful space where guests can be welcomed. It is also possible to organize breaks and dinners here. The "Neelie Kroes" hall can be used for other activities and we cannot reserve it exclusively.
